A few drops under the cartridge are often condensation, not a serious leak. Wipe the cartridge and contacts with a dry tissue and check whether liquid appears again.
Fill the cartridge carefully, close the plug tightly and do not overfill it. After installing a new cartridge, wait 5–10 minutes before the first puff so the coil can absorb the liquid.
Avoid very sharp or excessively long puffs. They can pull too much liquid into the vaporization chamber. Heat, direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes can also increase leakage.
If you notice a burnt taste, stop using the device immediately. Check the liquid level and let the cartridge soak. If the taste remains, replace the cartridge — a burnt coil cannot be restored.
Regularly clean the contacts and inspect the seals. Persistent leakage usually means the cartridge is damaged, worn out or incompatible with the device.
